Pam Carter is Colorado born and bred. Raised in Metro Denver,  Pam resides in Highlands Ranch with her high school-aged daughter. Her son, a graduate of the University of Colorado, lives and works in the area. Invested in the community, she gives back through volunteering for The After Hours Homeless Program, Christmas in the Park, and IFC Food Bank.

Pam brings over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate business to meet your needs. She works with everyone from 1st time home buyers and credit-challenged clients, to million-dollar clients. Pam is a past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Mile High, awarded Mile High Realtor of the Year 2015 and 2016, and in addition, she boasts over 30 five-star reviews as a Zillow 5-star realtor.
