We can google advice and statistics without the ability to discern the quality of the information, or without having the information being accountable to itself.

Pam: Realtor who you can call or reach out to anytime, day or night, with questions or concerns.
Discount Broker: Typically work only business hours.

Pam: Will be by your side after the transaction for advice, referrals and future issues or business questions.
Discount Broker: May or may not form a future relationship.

Pam: Will do what she can to keep the deal going, and will gift you a home warranty at closing.
