Step 1: Find a Realtor

• Do you have a house to sell in order to buy? Lease?

Step 2: Get Pre-approved for a mortgage

Step 3: SEARCH for HOMES 

Step 4: Make an offer

• In contract: expectations, timing, home warranty

Step 7: I have an accepted contract. Now what?

• Earnest money check
• Schedule the home inspection
  • Review home inspection and complete inspection objection/resolution
• Give notice to your landlord if needed
• Schedule the closing on your calendar
• Review any applicable HOA condo documents
• Follow up on loan commitment,docs needed,etc. and be sure finances are ready to go
